Instructions:

(Step 1 - All) - Right click the above link and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" and save the file to your Desktop.

(Internet Explorer) - Double click the downloaded certificate to start the Certificate Import Wizard and follow the prompts.

(Firefox) - Open Firefox and open

	Tools->Options (Edit->Preferences under Linux)
		Advanced Tab->Privacy Tab (Encryption in FF >= 2.0)
			View Certificates->Authorities Tab

You will now have our CA Root Certificate installed.
